Pros

From the moment I started, I've felt supported and welcomed by both my colleagues and managers. There's a real sense of teamwork and camaraderie here that makes every day enjoyable. Our top leaders communicate openly and clearly, ensuring everyone understands our goals, challenges, and successes. They empower us to take ownership and responsibility, providing the support and resources we need to excel.

Cons

We're currently dealing with the challenge that many of our processes are still manual, which can slow down efficiency at times. However, there's a proactive effort from leadership to address this issue. Under the guidance of our new CEO, there's a push towards modernizing our systems and workflows. We're optimistic that these changes will streamline our operations and improve overall efficiency in the near future. Despite this hurdle, our senior leaders remain dedicated and proactive in steering the company towards innovation and growth.

Pros

- Fully remote work environment - Some talented and hardworking colleagues who genuinely cared about helping clients, doing the best they can - Learned how to handle high-pressure situations (though for all the wrong reasons)

Cons

- Unrealistic goals with zero support from leadership. - Leadership prioritizes profits over people (both employees and clients). - Constant dishonesty with clients about what the product can actually do. - The product is unreliable and doesn't deliver on promises made during the sales process. - Customer Success team is expected to fabricate and stretch the truth on product capabilities and product improvement timelines to retain accounts. - Company is bleeding clients to more capable, affordable competitors. This company has relied on longterm relationships with clients for retention and that simply is not sustainable enough now. The blame is then shifted to the Account Management Team for that churn. - Even after leaving, clients still reach out to me for help because Mobile Health failed to notify them of my departure. - Company took a nose dive when longtime CEO left. He put his trust into a truly incompetent leadership team that only talked in circles without ever providing real solutions to consistent problems. - As an employee when you highlight bottlenecks and ask for support to challenges that make it impossible to do your job, you are terminated.
