Good work culture, poor career opportunities and little guidance - Marketing Mobile Fun Employee Review

During my time at Mobile Fun no career plans, monthly reviews or other personal development goals have been discussed with me. Following recent internal changes, focus has shifted from the employees to the overall business performance at the expense of their professional development. Job titles are very volatile and appear to be given little thought and therefore fail to reflect experience, duties or responsibilities of the role attached to it. Hiring periods followed by redundancies appear to follow one another in a cycle whenever the business faces financial hardship, which is caused by poor planning and therefrom resulting weak resilience to stagnating growth. Laying off staff then comes in as a means to reduce spendings, which paired with short notice periods leaves employees at risk of unexpected redundancy.
