      Pros

      Spacious cubicles.Good roomy kitchen. Bizarre but decent sales comp package.

      Cons

      Owner shows up late in day, all decisions made by him so there are nonstop bottlenecks. All management decisions based on hunches not facts.Everything is micromanaged by owner. No chain of command.
