Pros

Great team to work with, company provides quality and correct tooling to do the job. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

A lot of information thrown at you at once. Unfortunately there really is no good way to train this job in a limited amount of time its not always the best fit for an unexperienced tech or a tech that doesn't want to learn.

Pros

You have a job and can afford to live in a cheap apartment or a cheap mobile home

Cons

The most toxic management that takes ever shortcut possible with their technicians. Harassment and bully from management is a constant problem. Management fails to communicate and relys on lies on the regular about anytging that could actual benefit their employees. If you submit a complaint to HR about it Hr will just disregard it and you will be written up.
