Everything about this company is bad from the director to management team. Nothing but clowns behind there laptop screaming and yelling at technicians.

Pros

Great team to work with, company provides quality and correct tooling to do the job. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

A lot of information thrown at you at once. Unfortunately there really is no good way to train this job in a limited amount of time its not always the best fit for an unexperienced tech or a tech that doesn't want to learn.
