Not a good company to start your career!!! - Anonymous employee Mobien Technologies Employee Review

I work on few android projects but cannot think of any good point. Even as fresher, you do not learn anything from management and technical heads.

Mobien does not pay salaries of its employees. all current and ex employess facing salary problem from Mobien. every employee salary for more than 4-5 month is pending and management do not want to pay the salaries. There is no guidance on anyone's career path, nor Mobien create any path. There are no project management techniques followed and technical heads do not help or cooperate. HR is useless and Management not doing anything for its employees. Even basic facilities such as tea/coffee, training etc is also not provided. No higene is maintained. So called area for lunch is not kept well and contains all kind of dust and garbage. Management is only happy in abusing its employees and shouting on them for no reason. If you ask salary, they just give fake promise or abuse at you. They do not cooperate even in problems.

- Good work opportunities, can come up with new ideas - Good for fresher's & experience with 2 - 3 years

- if you can sustain without salary more than 2 months then this is the ideal company - No HR policies & not even good/basic facilities for employees - No value for employees - limited scope & no long term goal of the company. - No career growth, just have some learning experience and go out further. - everything is delay here, not even offer letter & joining documents comes on time.
