      -Stays up to date on current HR trends and works very hard to make the workplace a fun atmosphere with lots of great benefits and perks -Short work week -Remote environment -Open communication with executive staff -Mentorship and opportunities for continuous learning and professional development -Group benefits plan is very affordable and offers great coverage

      Cons

      -Smaller company means that salary is usually competitive with market rates, but on the lower end

      Pros

      They take wellness very seriously; innovating to push the company ahead is always the mindset; creativity, openness and transparency are expected and encouraged. I’ve never worked anywhere like it.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher but the flex time, benefits and four day work week balance that out.

      Great people, flexible work environment, growing company, company transparency, interesting/new things happening, Fridays off work all summer!

      Cons

      Some growing pains, some managers are better than others, some decisions made aren't communicated. Onboarding and training need improvement.
