Very low salary - compared to the same standard company, salary is low. False and Unreliable salary structure - You might not receive what is given in package. Increments are pre-decided and are irrespective of performance. Imbalanced and Flexible Policy - Policies are flexible and designed in such a way that it only benefits the company and not the employee. Improper management - There is no Management at all. No project Management - Deadline for given project task is very less resulting poor standard coding. Projects are not properly managed by some management. Less learning opportunity - You are always assigned some projects and you can learn new things only if it's needed and you are allowed by senior management.
