Different and flexible work environment like a startup company

I was worked in this “company” from17 December of 2018 to 15 March of 2019. I have had my first salary after more than 2 months from start my job, it was 19 February. The employer said - we combined salary for 1,5 months it's because we want to save the commission for salary transfer. Please note that commission for salary transfer you will pay together, not only employer pay full commission for salary transfer how they were said at the beginning. 15 March 2019 I was fired and didn't get a salary for February, and then my account was deleted from all messengers, email client etc. After that, I wrote into Linkedin direct to CEO and office manager into Skype (from my personal Skype account) and heard different versions about an answer on my question - "Where is my salary from February?", they answered - 4th of March we sent your payment, 18th of March we sent your payment, 22th of March we sent your payment. Finally, I got my salary on the 27 of March. They weren't pay my salary on all sum, because they subtracted 50% of the ticket cost. I never saw it before in another company's and this is not be included in the contract when I started work in this company. I think it's the robbery because they stole part of my salary! Highly not recommend start working with this company!

MobiClix is giving me a chance to improve my mindset and skillset. One thing I didn't have when I work in the previous companies was honesty and trust of the top managers. In here all thing is flat, I can have a direct support from CEO as well as all team members. Everyone can have their own voice in distribution ideas to the general business plan. Young, open and fast growing are 3 keywords I will use to describe it.

Nothing to complain until now.
