MobPartner is full of people that I'm excited to be working with—ambitious and driven, but also fun-loving, caring, and extremely supportive. Everyone looks out for one another; there's no excess of ego to be found here. It's also an excellent opportunity to grow. As the company expands its global presence, the opportunity to participate and grow with the company isn't just an option; it's encouraged. Upper management at MobPartner really care about you as a person, too. They aren't there to grind through you and then move on to the next. They do their best to encourage work-life balance, are transparent about the company's progress and plans (in fact, they ask for everyone's input! It's not consensus decision making or anything ridiculous like that, but your opinion matters here), and individually make the time to ensure that you have what you need.

As with any company that is growing, there are growing pains and things are constantly changing. It's not really a con, per se, but it can be challenging at times. Be prepared to bring your A game. Every. Single. Day.

I have seen they pay you more than the prevailing rates in your locality. Because most of their clients are from top advertising countries like USA and UK. So you if they are paying you, or contracted you at 4% commission then you are going to get around one thousand dollar for a single projects. Other then this if you are working their full time then you have a fixed salary apart from a regular bonus basis on the size of a marketing project. You will also be rewarded as the manger is the client provides a positive or five-star review for your services rendered to them.

But, their prioritization of customer satisfaction more, stressing out the employees for better reviews for their work is a thing that I don't like. The project of marketing should be judged on the quality of the work not merely on the customer satisfaction.
