Pros
I think the CEO is great but the Middle Managers and HR are kinda one of the worst that I experience in my whole life working in tech.
Cons
-No salary increase -Managers are unappreciative, narcissist, and credit-grabbers -HR keeps monitoring your productivity by monitoring your computer activity rather than your JIRA tickets and task complexity that requires a lot of thinking -Once the team started to grow, they won't care about your career progression, they just treat you as an easily replaceable individual -They won't care about your code quality, they only care about the number of lines you write even if you just put dummy/unusable data, they love it more. -Once your manager was threatened that you could overtook their job, start preparing yourself for negative reviews..
