Stress, overworked, unaccounted and unpaid work is the default. Poorly organised, only reactive patchwork to handle issues, management is brimming with incompetency, no transparency, and lack of foresight. Poor management of work resources & customer satisfaction. From the inside, it looks like Mjam wants to "Raise capital, capture the market, exhaust available resources, take Fat payout with bonus, data & Intellectual resource and file for bankruptcy" Basically, Delivery hero, the holding company is cashing in the chips before they become worthless.
