Pros
Here are the things I love about Mitto so far: → Their selection process was surprisingly very fast and on point (we finished everything in only one week!🤯) → I applied for another role, but they realized what would fit me better at the moment and were open enough to suggest it, and I am happy they did that! → The onboarding process is not only formality, it has a point and it helped me a lot to understand what should I do → Not to mention welcome packages and benefits which are 🤯 → They have established processes and everyone knows exactly what are their roles and how are contributing to the team and company overall → Colleagues are friendly and open to help So far I am amazed by the culture and everything I have experienced with the team.
Cons
I am trying to find the downsides of working for Mitto, but I can't see them yet 😅
