Wonderful place and supportive people.

no major cons .very supportive people.

There can be a lot of flexibility from corporate to give people opportunities. There are also a lot of wonderful and very experienced people across the company.

I can’t condone the business model that leadership has taken of acquiring distressed businesses with no formal plan for improvement besides throwing under qualified people to manage them. The optics are milking theses places dry to pay corporate and then discarding them. I understand business is a numbers game, but this seems very disingenuous.
