Pros

Company support structure and guidance

Cons

If they want they will not adhere to the contract you signed. Several former employees are owed $1000's of dollars for jobs that completed but Grant decided to not honor contracts and instead keep the money for himself. He will come up with some BS as to why that's a good thing.

Integrity is something that Mitt Group takes extremely seriously. We will always adhere to our contractual agreements. If any rep breaks our contract or doesn't maintain their old projects it will be managed from the MittGroup administrative team.

Pros

There is no pros to this company.

Cons

I fell for the enticing allure of Mitt Solar, enticed by the promise of earning substantial commissions ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 per deal. The prospect of being your own boss, working in sales, and earning the income you desire while promoting an environmentally friendly product seemed almost too good to be true. Well, as it turns out, it is indeed too good to be true. The pledge they make to provide comprehensive training and all the necessary tools for your success is nothing but a fabrication. To get started, they require you to pay a course fee that varies between $49.99 and $249.99 per month. Just imagine, if they manage to recruit 1,000 individuals who opt for the $50 starter program, that's a whopping $50,000 in their pockets. I completed the starter program in less than 8 hours, and I can unequivocally state that it falls woefully short of preparing you to effectively sell their product. I optimistically assumed I would receive more information and support along the way, but that optimism quickly faded. There was a distinct absence of support, and team members would often take days to respond, if they responded at all. During my time on their email chain, I received no less than 5 invitations to various events, such as orientations and sales training sessions. Astonishingly, none of these meetings ever materialized, and participants were informed of their cancellation only after the scheduled end time. In light of these clear red flags, it is abundantly evident that this operation is a scam. I am taking immediate action by reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission to protect others from falling victim to this deceptive scheme.
