Pros
The benefits and vacation were pretty good. I enjoyed working with most of my coworkers and made some really good friends. 35 hour standard work week was really nice.
Cons
Very little upward movement as a lower to middle level employee. Starting from about 2011, reorganizations became pissing contests, for lack of a better phrase. Most employees, myself included, felt undervalued and overlooked. The company is being put on life support for an undefined period of time... Projects on hold and massive layoffs. The people who are left will be rearranging the deck furniture on the Titanic.
