Pros
The staff are generally great, however, there is a large turnover often as a result of toxic management. Otherwise, it can be an interesting place to work and learn about hardware/renovations etc.
Cons
Is it a prerequisite for management to be incapable of feeling empathy or having any social skills at (Banner) Mitre 10? Store and company management are ruthless, only concerned with filling customers baskets. They lie and cheat their staff, refuse leave, and are unable to complete basic tasks including processing sales, and answering customer questions. Pay is also abysmal.
