      The company has a good work-life balance and offers a permanent WFH. Working hours are flexible as well, with not much pressure.

      Cons

      Not much growth as a designer since most products are legacy (built in the 90s), so there is not much to add to a design portfolio.

      Great co-workers! Company provides great exposure to enterprise level customers

      Cons

      Incredibly micromanaging environment. Focus is on new deals everyday- the people don’t matter anymore. Middle management insists on daily meetings that could be an email.
