Pros
incredibly talented, hardworking and smart coworkers (below management level) that you trauma bond with that become great friends after leaving
Cons
Echoing other reviews about Mitratech heading for a lawsuit. What they're doing might not be illegal, but its highly unethical and toxic Leadership with fragile egos that micromanage, gossip about direct reports to their own teammates, and play favorites. You get praised if you provide them blind loyalty, always do what they say, and never question them...even if its only for guidance and to get help. If you try to speak up, share your opinions, or even ask the smallest question of leadership, they will retaliate against you. Its a large company that hires directors that cant manage large teams. Hard-working and talented individuals get buried in more work, while others get raises and promotions for doing the bare minimum. Talented individuals will reach burnout and suffer health issues, while leadership turns a blind eye and ignores it, even when brought to their attention in Peakon surveys. Refuse to listen to feedback on new hires' poor performance, costing thousands of dollars in pipeline. There is no onboarding process within teams and new employees are meant to fend for themselves, causing errors and the rest of the team to waste time and clean up the messes and teach them what to do, on top of their already full plates. HR is complicit and does not hold leadership accountable. Compensation and pay is not equitable to market. Yearly performance increase is a mere 2-3% if you're not a favorite, and promotion raise is only 8%. You'll find other jobs for the same experience that pay $40k more.
