- Bad manager attitude.
- In manager opinion, if client doing something bad to you, then it is your fault. It will affect your annual review and salary.

Thank you for your review.
I'd like to clarify that Mitrais currently does not have any office nor any employee in NY.
You did mention however that you are still working with Mitrais for the last three years and of course we expect that you will continue working with us and that we aim to make an improvement in the area where we should do better e.g. your experience related to management attitude. We also encourage for you to talk to your Manager’s Manager or even the VP if you think is necessary, if you do notice we open that channel regularly.
Thank you for listing some of the good things about Mitrais in particular the health benefit and good working environment, and I am hopeful that you could enjoy your tenure in Mitrais and give Mitrais more stars. :)

Hi, thank you for your review.
Mitrais uses competency for career progression. Unfortunately, sometimes employees do not have enough exposure to some required competencies due to the type of assignment. This is our way to bring up the opportunity for such exposure.
