      Gives you clear views of how not to run a company and how not to treat your employees/colleagues.

      Cons

      Dictatorship and shoe shiners. Your views and opinions are not important at work. No career growth. Everything is fluffed before you sign the contract.

      This is the consulting 2.0 model: networks of highly experienced consultants come together in virtual teams, more flexible, no team pyramid. This creates more value for the clients

      Cons

      Consultants may be working on lots of projects at the same time for very focused (very short) contributions. Generalists are less desired compared to consultants with an industry or functional specialty
