      nothing significant to mention really.

      Where to start. The top management is one of the worst i ever came across. All employees and even leads are mere puppets of this ceo, whos whim changes like little kid's tantrum. Cunning, aggressive and cheat all in one. Will screw your salary, position and moral over cant fulfill even 1/1000% of his wish and will sweet-talk you into it at the end (not a joke!). Managers are somewhat ok. Turnover rate too high. Not a place to recommend to anyone actually.

      This is the consulting 2.0 model: networks of highly experienced consultants come together in virtual teams, more flexible, no team pyramid. This creates more value for the clients

      Cons

      Consultants may be working on lots of projects at the same time for very focused (very short) contributions. Generalists are less desired compared to consultants with an industry or functional specialty
