Where to begin. Mitiga gave me such high hopes in the beginning but in the end I felt dirty just being apart of this company. Many of the good people left or were fired because management didn’t like them. Management is living the good life on investor capital with no real thought on how to run a company. This company was started by three guys that wanted to be business owners but have no idea of what they are doing. They have zero real product; instead they sale a loosely defined service and do anything the clients ask.
They do have a lot of proof of concept code that they show off to clients as if they’re full functional. The detection code that they don’t share with clients is actually not functional; everyone internally pretended it worked but those that actually looked at it knew it write by people who knew nothing and it essentially did nothing.
Ethics is questionable: from my understanding they used LinkedIn bot accounts to spam people, and I also heard that they forced certain people to write positive reviews on here in order to receive bonuses.
Overall, The company is full of big empty heads that are really good at talking big
