Low pay, massive layoffs. Entire teams key to business functionality replaced with cheap labor overseas. This has caused large delays in projects and an immense loss of knowledge and expertise. No one on my team or anyone else I have talked to has received more than a 0.5% raise in 7 years. My bonus last year was $196.
