      Sales team, good group of people.

      Cons

      Turned in resignation after 10+ years at ShoreTel (purchased by Mitel), went to what they consider a competitor (though in all my years we never ran into this company). So notified them even though didn't have to say who. Wanted to also help transition my tribal knowledge. Mgr came back and said HR said I need walked out. Fine that is Mitel choice, however they've elected to not pay my last two weeks even though I gave notice and they asked me to leave. So word of caution to my fellow ShoreTel friends - if they walk you out, don't plan on them paying you (it is the choice of Mitel). Though had I known, they would have gotten no day's NOTICE.

      Pros

      Great culture, I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone I worked with. I have met and worked with professionals from all across the globe.

      Cons

      Low pay, massive layoffs. Entire teams key to business functionality replaced with cheap labor overseas. This has caused large delays in projects and an immense loss of knowledge and expertise. No one on my team or anyone else I have talked to has received more than a 0.5% raise in 7 years. My bonus last year was $196. While my manager was wonderful, she has no power to show her appreciation for her team and there is minimal room for growth.
