Pros
The flexibility of working from home provides a wonderful work/life balance. I am surrounded by team members who are excited about the work they are doing and the impact our products have for our customers. I was not from the identity industry but had multiple leaders invest time to getting me up to speed quickly. Things move very fast here, and priorities change from week to week, so you must be adaptable and open to managing multiple work streams simultaneously. Pay is very fair and aligned to performance, so you will be rewarded for working hard.
Cons
There are several opportunities to enhance our onboarding process for new hires. As a leader, I have the ability to design my plan and implement changes that will be positive for future team members so they can feel confident quickly and have the resources available to them to succeed right from the start.
