Pros
Some of the nicest and smartest employees that or who are not in roles of leadership. Ceo MAX is great, most of senior leadership here is, its the jealous middle level you need to watch out for. Great business, growing, great product that has bugs.
Cons
I recommend anyone applying or accepting an offer at this company to be careful. Middle level employees are cut throat, they throw people under the bus and talk crap behind backs at any moment given. I've seen this first hand between departments. They also hire outside the company for manager roles, something I always advise against due to their lack of knowledge of the company and it's people. Full disclosure, there is a hint of racist behavior among some employees too, and I saw it almost daily with one manager in particular, not directed towards me so no bias here.
