      Loved the discount, celebs coming into our retail store occasionally, the mostly friendly and warm vibe in the office, the brand seemed to have a direction (before the transition)

      Cons

      Low pay, a clear move to shift the brand's culture and identity West even though the brand has 100 years of history on the East Coast, nepotism run amok, excessive supervision

      Coworkers were the best at M&N. That was the only reason I stayed there.

      Cons

      Management lacks clear direction and strategic thinking. Since the Fanatics acquisition, the business has struggled to maintain its previous standards. Operational efficiency has dropped significantly under the new leadership
