Pros
If you’re best friends with your boss or related to someone who works here, you’ll be set for life. If you’re not, then don’t expect any opportunities for advancement. Leadership is full of nepotism and favoritism, and being a drinking buddy is necessary to move up in your role.
Cons
This institution is on very shaky financial ground. I would not bet my career on it nor would I send my kid here. Some faculty members don’t even have masters degrees.
