Pros
Mitch had a great culture prior to the pandemic that they are working hard to recreate in a post-pandemic world where 90% of staff are remote. All ideas are welcome and in my position I had a lot of autonomy.
Cons
High turnover and decentralized work environment has hurt the social side of work.
