      Pros

      You want money? don't be lazy. go and get it. Endless opportunity. You want to travel? Tell your boss, he'll send you places. You want a raise? go earn it. You want a better position? Go earn it.

      Cons

      Long hours never killed anyone. Don't complain. This was prob one of the best jobs I've ever had. You're on your own mostly in advancing. If you're good at studying without a teacher and good at learning by watching and being hands on but with little advice but plenty of guidance then you can be whatever you want here. You'll get to a dead end but will be living comfortably for a while until they need more inspectors. Best advice is to start as young as possible.

      Pros

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      Pros

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      Cons

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
