      Pros

      Meet a lot of really good people who come from the SF Bay area.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks vision and the ability to plan ahead. This trend has led to stagnant programs, weak donor events, and limited marketing efforts. While there were a few quality staff members here before Covid (and maybe still), the leadership style presented by the CEO is stifling and suppressive of ideas outside of their understanding.

      Exciting, adventurous, great support system and community. Benefits of housing and food!

      Teaching here is a lifestyle. People live and breathe this community and you need to be intentional about finding other people to interact with

      Beautiful place to work, so peaceful and in nature

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with reality, unappreciated hourly people, stop preaching and be real, you talk but don't walk the walk, moral is low
