Selling the dream, living the nightmare - Intern Mission Point Resort Employee Review

Housing is expensive and comparable to prison dorms. Only a few public toilets and community style showers that don't allow for privacy. The cafeteria food is horrible and you don't have the facilities to cook your own food or even ability to fill water bottles in housing. Management says they are supportive - but only if you fit within their "standards". If you aren't part of the "in crowd" you are basically disregarded. Very clique-like atmosphere. Constructive feed back from summer staff isn't listened to or appreciated by management.
