Pros

Culture and Coworkers-Fun, frinedly, welcoming, diverse, smart, very hard working, passionate about social change. Office Space-open layout surrounded by art; comfortable and inviting, yet very hip and modern; convenient with healthy snacks and drinks available to all. CEO-Brilliant;intense but always warm and welcoming; can move faster than some are comfortable with; visionary; inspiring. Growth-There are many opportunities for everyone to stretch out of their roles and learn more/attain new skills/become more valuable. However, this potential for growth relies on self-initiation and personal determination. Day to Day-Usually very fast paced and can sometimes get hectic; often working with leading global clients with great potential for impact; emphasis on fun and culture is consistently present among staff and leadership so everyone works hard and plays hard. Outlook-Although many changes took place during the last couple years, the future of Mission Measurement is bright and exciting, and the changes appear to have just been growing pains.

Cons

Salaries-Could be more competitive

Pros

The company is full of young, enthusiastic and very bright employees. Projects are managed in small teams, and there is plenty of opportunity to contribute to the development and direction of an engagement. An innovative idea, tool, or solution has a good chance of making a big impact on a client's operations if it is well developed. The new principles also seem to be making a lot of progress with internal management. The firm is positioned to make very real contributions to clients, and the fields of social impact strategy and performance assessment - as well as very real gains in the market.

Cons

The company sabotaged itself in the past year, repeatedly. Management would too often ignore intelligent input from lower employees, or go over their heads in managing a client engagement, often with a cost to client relationships and internal morale. The firm also saw enormous staff turnover at all levels, but the new teams seem be more stable. It is difficult to anticipate who has the authority to make or approve decisions. MM has struggled with all of the hurdles of transitioning to a mid-size firm.
