      Real passion for what they are trying to achieve

      Cons

      Lack of understanding on what they were recruiting for in specific roles, unopen to change and office politics with unkind messages being sent about staff

      Pros

      This company is no longer viable however, many of the products that I have developed are still on the market.

      Cons

      Company grew too fast and much of the analytical equipment I needed was not available. Sales force was weak and needed to be restructured.
