I worked for the day program. TTC the Transitional Center. its the day program/jjob site for residents of the West Jordan Center Management at TTC, were amazing they really trird hard to meet your needs, if there were problems, ors issues with coworkers they would get it taken care of very quickly. They helped me to see my full potential, and gave me opportunities to reach my goals. they were truyly amazing wonderful ladies.

not really an opportunity for advancement

Worked with great people who cared a lot about their residents. As they were building a community you really felt like you had a family that was willing to help. I love it when other management would get on the floor to help!

Sometimes it felt like the residents were more demanding than expected.
