Employees are empowered to make things happen.

By the same token guidance is lacking at times.

Relaxed, healthy culture among employees. Organized use of Slack for both social and work purposes, keeping a hybrid of synchronous and asynchronous open communication among employees working on different products/projects, and also keeping things light and social building a good social community among workers in the offices and remote.

Not as much on-boarding guidance or direction as I'd like. Needed to be very much a self starter and open to asking questions in order to get comfortable on the multiple projects. Fortunately the healthy use of Slack, and development documentation helps in that regard.
