      Working with the underserved communities.

      EVERYTHING. This is one of the worst places I have ever worked at in my 7 years out in practice. I’m so glad I’m no longer with them and it’s so unfortunate I even had to associate myself with this company. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Unorganized. CEO is awful. Management is the worst. Actually more like there was no management. I would rather sit at home and do nothing than work for this terrible place.

      Pros

      Good experience with MDR, virtual desktop, vendors, unmanaged switches. It’s an old on-prem structure so you get hands on experience.

      Cons

      Low pay, hard to request time off, excessive micro-management, poor upper management, low company morale, and sketchy behavior from management and some coworkers. Main issues for a tech are frequent vendor issues with virtual desktop services and lack of communication from management.
