Its disorganized and in needs work in several areas of the large network.

Good experience with MDR, virtual desktop, vendors, unmanaged switches. It’s an old on-prem structure so you get hands on experience.

Low pay, hard to request time off, excessive micro-management, poor upper management, low company morale, and sketchy behavior from management and some coworkers. Main issues for a tech are frequent vendor issues with virtual desktop services and lack of communication from management.
