      Pros

      I recently joined MishiPay, and my experience so far has been excellent. The onboarding was smooth. Everyone on the team has been welcoming and helpful, which made settling in really easy.

      Cons

      MishiPay offers unlimited leaves, which is great but currently only 30 days of WFH per year, which might feel limited for some.
