Pros
Bring your dog to work, work life/balance (if you don't care about advancement), good mid-level culture, generous HRA helps with expensive health insurance cost
Cons
Upper management has the attitude that everybody is disposable and their motto is "exceeding expectations is meeting expectations", so no matter how hard you work, expect little recognition in return; advancement requires 60+ hour weeks and weekends; salary comparisons are a dog and pony show - HR conflates experience with tenure, so unless you've stayed in your position for 5+ years, don't expect to get paid competitively, management wants to put out a new-age company vibe but backs it with antiquated treatment of employees
