I have worked there for a year this is the worst experience of my life. There is too much work load but not paying as per your work. And if you are asking them for increment they are threatening me even others to that they are going to take legal action for we are not following rules regulations. Even if we have given a valid reason they are not approving our leaves. And deduct unnecessary amount from salary. And make totally unprofessional rules that will effect to employee. My advice to do not join this firm for job. Simple question is there if i am spoiling your company's environment then why you don't have terminate me? Why you have continued me for a year. Cheaters as well as liers.
