Working at Mirrorball during the pandemic has been the ultimate crash course in crisis marketing, and an experience more valuable for my career than any advertising school or any of my previous jobs combined. In less than a year, I’ve accelerated from a novice to a specialist because the leadership supports me, encourages me to pursue my passions and stay curious, allows me the freedom to explore new tools and strategies, and pushes me hard to keep thinking creatively under pressure. I’ve never been fostered this way in a workplace, and my confidence grows every day.

Zoom life isn’t easy with a small & busy team. Leadership is busy and very often you’ll be entrusted to get the job done and do it well - but when you aren’t working to impress leadership, you should be working to impress yourself.
