Pros
Really great and talented co-workers. Dog-friendly office, beautiful roof deck, quite a few other fun perks. You'll work on really challenging projects with very motivated colleagues- slackers won't last long here- and you'll get to participate in a broad range of work which gives you very valuable experience that you won't get at many similar agencies.
Cons
Management's leadership is poor and inconsistent. Salaries trend below industry average; don't expect much in the way of raises.
