Problem company - Manager Mirror Image Internet Employee Review

Good people for sure but the industry was changing.

The company pivoted to a new tech.

There are a few good people here that if they were elsewhere could excel.

The root of most of the issues is senior management and the complete inability to have any kind of plan or understanding of how to run a technical organization. I believe the biggest issue is the COO which does not belong in that position and has no business running the company. Unfortunately when you have problems at that level , there is no chance of success since the problem never goes away. I don't understand why the owners have not gotten rid of the COO and several others by now.
