      Pros

      There are no any pros. It.is just Good for fresher not experienced employee. Appraisal cycle is bad. Very less increments..

      Cons

      Lots of work pressure with very less pay. Management is very cheap and CEO is like one sided decision maker. Never support any employee. Just seeing his only profit. Last one..there sanitary area which aways dirty and unclinned than office boys washroom.
