Beware of Mirketa Noida This is my humble request to all of you please dont join this company.They hire and fire.We know companies fire because of mis conduct,misbehave not because of performance. If performance is the reason then i think there is no one technical in mirketa because how can they hire a non technical guy.Is there any back door entry.If they have proper interview pannel then there will be no reason for firing on the basis of performance.There may be a condition when junior developer stuck but there is not a single technical lead to sought out problem.I have no word for CTO,CTO only sit inside cabin comes after 6pm to tell the priority so that no one can complete task on time and he will give feedback that this employee is worthless.CTO sir please help people in finding solution.You are only interested in opening PIP,and firing.God is watching everything.Let CEO talk individually and confidentialy with each employee.I am 100% sure that next PIP will be yours.Please Please CEO talk individually to all your current employee you will surely know the truth.Dont be upset after seeing my review may god wants you to open your eyes.
