      The biggest pro of the company is even being a startup & having a lot of difficulties the management still care for the employee instead of pressuring it.

      Cons

      The Management really lacks sometimes that who should get a leadership position or not or who deserve a certified designation.

      Cons

      No such problem with the management as entire staff is very co-operative and humble.
