Pros

* Remote work * Good compensation

Cons

* Limited projects * No clear appraisal cycles * No bonus system, if they tell you about bonus while you are joining, it is nothing but a lie * Limited medical insurance [parents not covered, no health checkups etc] * No career path, Here 4-year experience developer is a "Senior Software Engineer" and 10-year experience developer is also a "Senior Software Engineer" * As remote job, you will work for their client and get paid that's it * No team lunch/team outing or any kind of activity, there is no team bonding, you will be all alone. * No other perks * No on-sites * If your client is US based then be ready for working late nights * The funniest thing here is, if you want to attend company's annual party you have to pay for all of your expenses * Last year they opened office in Bangalore, India but they didn't care to invite any of the Indian employees, there was no meet or celebration.
