Pros
Great team of people to work with. Everyone had big ideas and worked well as a team Good benefits ... friday lunches, holiday parties, etc. I felt like a real part of the team
Cons
The investors don't know what they want to do with the company. The seem resigned to 'milk the library' and even some of the new content is not enough. it's hard to be part of an organization with no clear vision
